What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping. The delivery time to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Ireland, and Spain is usually 10-14 business days. The total expected delivery time includes a processing time of 2-3 business days and a delivery time of 8-11 business days, depending on the destination. Does the store offer international shipping?
Yes, currently we only offer international shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Ireland & Spain. This allows us to maintain our standards for delivery time and customer service.
How can I track the status of my order?

What should I do if my order does not arrive on time?

What is the return policy of the online store?
You have the right to report your order for return within 14 days and a total of 30 days to return products. We will refund the full amount, excluding return shipping costs, once the product is received in good condition. Please consult our return policy for more information.
Are there any costs associated with returning products?
